What do I need to have with me when applying for a Mortgage?
If you have everything with you when you visit your lender, you'll save a good deal of time. You should have: The social security numbers for person(s) applying for loan. Copies of your checking and savings account statements for the past 6 months. Evidence of any other assets you may have like bonds or stocks. A recent paycheck stub detailing your earnings. Lists of all credit card accounts and the approximate monthly amounts owed on each. Account numbers and balances due on outstanding loans, such as car loans. Copies of your last 2 years' income tax statements. The name and address of someone who can verify your employment. you may also be asked to provide other information as needed.

What is SSA, and how will it affect me?
SSA’s are costs connected with ownership of the property to pay for infrastructural improvements. Often times the cost is lower for each owner rather than if the developer rolls cost into sale of home. Including in these improvements are Street Lighting, Curbs, Street Improvements, Storm Sewers, Snow/Trash Removal, and Sanitary Sewers.
